Neo-Akatsuki ~ View topic - Rules of Neo-Akatsuki [MUST READ]

Of course, every evil organization must have its rules, correct? Here are the ones that we (the Leader and Council) expect you to follow. Please check back here before reporting anything you might consider a violation before reporting it. Rules may also be added or edited slightly as the need arises.

Ettiquette
1. Since this is the Neo-Akatsuki, please do not discriminate your fellow members based on village, appearance, religion, ect. We all have much the same goal and therefore there is no need for insolent bickering.
2. Rudeness towards the Council and/or Leader shall NOT be tolerated. Keep this in mind.
3. If you create a board that may contain mature content, please label it clearly with either "M" or "Mature". Likewise, please label private boards with a "P" or "Private". This helps lessen confusion and offense.
4. Please try your best to use proper grammar and spelling. It is not horribly painful to use Spell Check when typing. Chatspeak is not allow on roleplay boards, but is merely frowned upon in the General Chat forum.
5. No godmoding. We cannot stress this enough. While we understand your ideas of your own strength, NO ONE has the right to play God...Or Jashin...Or whomever you believe in.

Joining
1. Of course, you must first get an account, then enter the Character Information Board to post your member's stats. There is a template there with a sample of ideal information.
2. A Council member or the Leader will check your information and either confirm or deny your right to continue to the boards. Please DO NOT go on a mission until you have been confirmed.
-Remember, you can also choose to become a Rebel. A Rebel is a shinobi faithful to their village, fighting and protecting it from the Neo-Akatsuki forces. Please state this clearly within your stats, if you plan on choosing this path.
3. After you have been confirmed, you may either Search for a Partner (if you are a Neo-Akatsuki) or simply continue on to the countries and villages (if you are a Rebel).

Partners
1. It is preferred that you either have a partner when entering a village, or you are searching for one. This is simply because partners accentuate each others' talents and make up for any weaknesses that the other may possess.
2. If there is something restricting your partnership with another (i.e. cannibalism), then please state this clearly in your information.
3. There is no restriction between the relationship of partners. This includes romantic relationships. Of course, you must get permission from the said partner before engaging in anything more than basic mission and travel work.

Uniforms
1. In the style of the original Akatsuki, the black cloaks with red clouds are the outer form of clothing. However, there are no requirements on what garments are underneath the cloak.
2. In your information, you must specify a ring name and what finger it goes on. Rings may also be worn on necklaces or even toes, if desired. This must be stated if the case.
3. In the case of the hat, it is not necessarily a requirement.
4. The nail polish is required to be worn on both toe nails and fingernails, whether visible or not.

Character Ettiquette
1. Please do not create your own villages. We WILL check on this before your information is confirmed. However, a village of origin is not a necessity. You may also lie about your home village.
2. No former Akatsuki members. These characters are reserved for the Council members who wish to claim them, instead of creating a Neo.
3. You may create more than one member, and you may also create partners. However, you may wish to only create a single member in order to socialize and meet other members.
4. Do not over-use the "Report" button. This includes simply reporting people who may have beaten you in a battle or tricked you once or twice. Only report when you feel your rights here have seriously been violated. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS.
5. Do not spam the roleplay boards. Is a Council member catches this, your post will be deleted and you will be contacted and warned about the matter. If the problem reoccurs, your account could be blocked.
